Our bird toys are meticulously handcrafted and then packaged with the same attention to detail. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. If you find any problems, contact us right away. Email a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to cat@thejoyfulbeak.com or use the contact form on our Contact page to start the replacement process. We may also ask for the item(s) to be returned.
